Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process:

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom or made-to-order items may take longer—please check product descriptions for specific processing times.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Economy shipping: 5-8 business days – price varies by weight

  • Standard shipping: 3-4 business days – price varies by weight

  • Free shipping on orders over $50.00.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.

International Shipping:

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. 

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

🔁 Returns

We do not accept returns on most items due to the following reasons:

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Products: This includes all 3D printed items, custom artwork, and personalized products. These are made specifically for your order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Mystery Packs & Trading Cards: All sales are final on collectible mystery packs and individual trading card sales. We do our best to ensure quality and authenticity, but due to the nature of the product, returns are not accepted.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at collectorskeep.store@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial/full refund, depending on the situation. In some cases, we may request that you return the item before issuing a resolution.

💡 Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds for slight imperfections in 3D printed items such as layer lines, minor stringing, or small surface marks. These are common and do not affect the function or overall look of the item.

  • Refunds (if issued) will be processed to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

📬 Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have started and the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
